BLASPHEMY AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT OR
ETERNITY IS A LONG LONG TIME
A while back on U-tube a challenge was made especially to young people for them to blaspheme the Holy Spirit. This is in response to that challenge.
Who says that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will not send you to hell? Go ahead and blaspheme the Holy Spirit and see where that gets you. Of course it will be too late by the time you find out as there is no recourse. It is permanent! Satan who masquerades as an “angel of light” has hood-winked you again! But who am I to tell someone who is invincible and knows that Christianity is nonsense. I am just one of those despised, vilified, bible believing Christians who has been hood-winked by Satan many times. But eventually I realized that he has been telling me lies all along. He has made my life miserable so I know and understand what you are going through. He has been a liar since the beginning in the Garden of Eden. In John 8:44 it says of the devil, “He was a murderer from the beginning and has always hated the truth. There is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character, for he is a liar and the father of lies”. In Matthew 12:31 and 32 it says: “Every sin or blasphemy can be forgiven, except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which can never be forgiven. Anyone who blasphemes against me, the Son of Man, can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, either in this world or in the world to come”. How can that be any clearer? Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit will get you fried, literally, in the lake of fire! It is permanent and will last for eternity! You will fry without burning up, no quench of thirst, totally all alone with no friends around and worst of all you are separated for God. Hell was originally made for the devil and his angels. Why would you want to go there? To have a party? No, as you are all alone in hell!
I challenge you to read the bible, find out for yourself if what it says is true or not.

CHRISTMAS CAROLING, OUT OF STYLE?
CHRISTMAS CAROLING, OUT OF STYLE OR
POLITICALLY INCORRECT?
I remember growing up in a 1-room church/school house combination where we started singing Christmas carols right after Thanksgiving. Now we are fortunate to have a few songs on the Sunday just before Christmas and we are suppose to be pleased to have that! Not me! I love the Christmas season. It is one of the more important holidays for we Christians. In years past I have tried to include carols wherever I can but it doesn’t work. Usually one person, usually a man who doesn’t like carols, complains about it and it is cut short. Or some people find it a pain to sing them and they are a pain to listen to! Sorry to be so blunt!
It is a travesty to think that when you go into most stores and they are playing Christmas songs and carols, that the churches cannot even devote the last Sunday before Christmas to carols! It seems that the secular world has taken over our holiday and made it their holiday! If a person was to go to church during the Christmas season, I think he would think it weird that we aren’t singing the songs that tell about Jesus’ birth and wonder why he can only hear it in the secular stores. This is the only time of the year we can sing these songs that are so much a part of our joyous Christmas season. Seems like only 4 weeks out of 52 weeks is not asking too much to spend on carols.
A leader of a children’s program on Wednesday nights at my church said that the children do not like to go out caroling any more either. Even a while back on Fox and Friends morning show, they discussed the fact that caroling was going out of style, it’s not done much any more.
When I have asked the song leader why they don’t sing more carols, he usually says that it is too much to work up. What’s to work up about carols! Everyone knows them. Usually he or she introduces a new song from time to time and it always takes a while for the congregation to learn them.
A week before Christmas I and my husband were involved in a bad car accident and had to rest a lot. It was so nice to be able to listen to Christmas songs when I was laying on the couch. We have a radio station on our Sky Angel Television that played Christmas songs all day long (no rock and roll). It really did sooth my jangled nerves and spirits. Of course I must admit that at the end of the season I was tired of it but next year I shall be happy to hear them again!
It is time for us Christians, who love the carols, to get down on our knees and pray that carols will be brought back into the church where they truly belong and not just at the commercial stores.

SNOWFLAKES ARE PARMESAN CHEESE
SNOWFLAKES ARE PARMESAN CHEESE
ICE CYCLES ARE PLASTIC
That was the assessment of our 3 year granddaughter, Juliet, of snow. She had come to visit us with her mother before Christmas here in New Mexico. This was the first time that we had gotten to know her as her older brother was always around and that doesn’t bode well to knowing either one. Her brother had come with her before when our daughter had come by herself and it was so much fun to get to know him. Since they live in San Antonia, Texas, Juliet had never seen snow so this was quite an experience for her. In their town, when the wind blows, it is “cold” to Juliet. San Antonio is similar to Phoenix, nice in the winter and hot in the summer. We had gotten some warm gloves and a bonnet for Juliet to be warm as they don’t have such things in San Antonio. Juliet and her mother walked around our big yard several times and seeing the ice cycles, she thought they were plastic as she had only seen plastic ice cycles.
Later on when we went out to see to see the pretty Christmas decorations on the houses, it was snowing lightly and she thought it looked like Parmesan cheese! I thought that was so cute, you can tell that they must use a lot of Parmesan cheese in their house!
Now at home, Juliet thinks they can fly on the plane any time and come here or if they are going to visit a relative in their town, she asks if they will fly and will there be snow! What ideas they get when they are small!
We enjoyed so much getting to know Juliet, she is so different from her older brother, of course. Her brother is so studious but fun, likes to learn new things all the time and she is more playful and definitely a girl, likes to play “mommy”.
